By accessing or using MyTruckInsurance.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the services.

MyTruckInsurance.ai operates a marketplace that helps commercial trucking businesses submit insurance quote requests and helps insurance professionals find potential customers. We are not an insurance company, carrier, broker, or producer, and we do not issue policies, bind coverage, set premiums, or make underwriting decisions.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an agent will contact you, that a quote will be offered, or that coverage will be available. Insurance professionals using the platform are independent parties responsible for their own licensing, advice, communications, quotes, and services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. By submitting a quote request, you authorize us to process, score, and share the request with insurance agents, agencies, brokers, and service providers that may be able to assist you.

You consent to being contacted about your request by phone, email, or text message using the contact details you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

Insurance professionals must maintain all licenses, appointments, and authorizations required for the states and products they serve. Account credentials must be kept secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Lead information may be used only to evaluate and respond to the related insurance opportunity. You may not resell, publish, scrape, distribute, or use lead data for unrelated purposes. You are responsible for following privacy, telemarketing, insurance, and consumer protection laws that apply to your communications.

Prices, lead credits, subscription limits, trial periods, add-ons, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Recurring subscriptions continue and are charged automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse charges already incurred unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Lead availability, matching, and results vary. Credits, subscriptions, and purchased leads are non-transferable. Any replacement guarantee or refund eligibility is limited to the terms presented with the applicable purchase. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and may be subject to their terms.

You may not misuse the services, provide false information, impersonate another person or business, access accounts without permission, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy data, evade payment, violate another party’s rights, or use the services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or discriminatory conduct.

The website, branding, software, design, text, graphics, and other platform content are owned by or licensed to MyTruckInsurance.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.

The services may include links to or integrations with independent websites, payment providers, insurers, agencies, and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, products, or services.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. Information on the platform is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTruckInsurance.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, or losses arising from third-party conduct, insurance decisions, lead outcomes, or use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the services are being misused, payment is overdue, or action is needed to protect users, the platform, or third parties. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations.

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
